Yep, completely free for all our guests! We've got a large lot with covered and uncovered spots. Valet parking's available too if you want that extra touch - that's $15/day. Electric vehicle charging stations are also free to use.

We love furry friends! Dogs and cats under 50 lbs are welcome for a $35 per night pet fee. We've got special amenities like pet beds, bowls, and even a list of nearby walking trails. Just mention you're bringing your pet when you book so we can set up a pet-friendly room.

Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Within 48 hours, you'll be charged for one night. For group bookings or events, the policy's a bit different - we'll go over that when you're making the reservation. Life happens, we get it.

Sure do! Our shuttle runs to YVR Airport every hour from 5 AM to 11 PM. It's $25 per person each way, or free if you're staying in one of our suites. Just book it when you make your reservation or call the front desk at least 24 hours ahead. We'll pick you up right at arrivals.

Your room comes with free WiFi, parking, access to our fitness center and indoor pool, coffee and tea in your room, and a welcome drink at check-in. Breakfast isn't included in the standard rate but you can add it for $22 per person - totally worth it, our chef makes amazing omelets!

Absolutely! We've got spaces for everything from intimate gatherings of 20 to big conferences with 400 people. Our lakeside venue's perfect for weddings - the sunset photos are incredible. Get in touch with our events team and they'll walk you through options, packages, and all that good stuff. They're really great at what they do.

Oh, there's tons to do! We've got kayak and paddleboard rentals right on-site. Hiking trails start just behind the property. In winter, you're 45 minutes from some amazing ski hills. Downtown Vancouver's about 20 minutes away if you want museums, shopping, or nightlife. Our concierge has a whole list of recommendations depending on what you're into.
